Purpose:
The purpose of the Board Resource Committee is to provide quality leadership for XYZ in the form of the governing Board of Directors. This will be done through the regular and systematic evaluation of the board's strengths and weaknesses, the identification of potential board members, and the ongoing training and education of board members.  Read more
